Mosto presents FERMENTO, a one-night-only exploration into the wild, expressive world of natural wine.
On Thursday, 30 October, we pour from the vines of Partida Creus – the cult Catalan winemakers redefining natural wine for Fermento Vol.3. 
Founded by Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa, Partida Creus is all about revival – abandoned vineyards, near-extinct native grape varieties and a deep respect for the land. Their work is a testament to passion, tradition, sustainability and minimal intervention. A reminder of the beauty in preserving our heritage and celebrating wines that are alive and expressive.
Join us for an evening of small plates, big wines and sounds by Cioko. 
An exclusive a la carte menu will be on offer with Partida Creus wines to pair.
On pour for the night and all by the glass – until sold out. 
BN Macabeo, Xarel-Lo 2022
BN 23 is mainly Grenache Blanca and Macabeo, with 15% Xarel·lo. A great white wine for easy pairings.
VN Blanco, Field Blend 2022
Vinello means “wine of friendship and society”, a drinkable and refreshing white wine with a low alcohol content.
XL Xarel-Lo 2018
No SO2, no fining, no filtering, no skin-contact with beautiful rich texture and flavours of lemon curd, limestone, and orchard fruit.
VY Vinyater 2018
Expressive, deep and mineral, on the nose it’s elegant with aromas of white fruit and notes of white flowers. Good body and a very long finish.
VN Tinto, Field Blend 2021
A lightly reductive, vibrant wine with a wild touch, straightforward acidity and a fruity character.
TN Tempranillo, Sumoll, Bobal 2022
The palate shows Tempranillo, Sumoll, and Bobal character through juicy dark fruits, white pepper, and soft tannins balanced by refreshing acidity.
BB Bobal 2021
A special cuvée, crisp wine with great minerality and depth. Made from 100% Bobal, a red grape typical of Manchuela, in the interior of the Valencian Community.
GT Mourvedre 2019
Garrut is one of the winery’s most emblematic vineyards. An abandoned variety, a clone of Mourvedre and Monastrell. Grapes with a strong character, intense color and consistent skin.
